How to Ship for Repair

Reach out via text, Telegram, or email to discuss your repair needs, timeline, and get a preliminary cost estimate before shipping. Please text or leave a voicemail — we may not answer unknown calls due to high volume of spam.
Package Securely
Pack your device with extra protection so it can safely return in the same packaging. Use anti-static bags for electronics and adequate padding. You are responsible for secure packaging.
Choose a Carrier
Select a carrier and after shipping, send us the tracking number, package details, brief problem description, and your contact information for return delivery.
We'll Handle the Rest
After free diagnostics, we'll contact you to confirm repair costs and timeline. Once complete, the device passes testing, and after payment, we ship it back to you.

Important: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (to and from our facility) and proper packaging. We recommend insurance for valuable items. Contact us before shipping to confirm availability and discuss your specific needs.
Repair Terms & Conditions
⚡ Free Diagnostics
We provide free diagnostics for all devices within 3 days of receipt. Free diagnostics do not include soldering or any paid services. All paid services are agreed upon in advance. You'll receive a detailed report and repair quote before any work begins.
⏱️ Repair Timeline
Standard diagnostics completed within 3 days. Repair work typically takes additional time depending on parts availability and complexity.
💰 Payment Terms
Payment is due after repair completion. We accept cash, e-transfer, and other electronic payment methods. No surprise charges – you approve the quote first.
🛡️ Warranty
All repairs come with a 14-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue that the device originally came in with reoccurs within this period, we'll fix it at no charge.
❌ Unrepairable Devices
If repair is not possible or cost-effective, we'll notify you immediately. Your device will be returned at no charge except for return shipping.

Without signature is preferred to avoid delivery complications. If you want added security, signature service is available through Canada Post — just let us know in advance so we can coordinate.
No. You pay only what was quoted upfront: repair labour, parts if applicable, and return shipping. Nothing is added without your prior approval.
Yes. We offer hardware upgrade services and can advise on the best options for your specific device — RAM, storage, thermal improvements, and more.
We operate as a closed-door facility. Devices are accepted by mail, in-person drop-off at our Lethbridge address, or by arrangement for local meetup within the city.

Diagnostics is free in the majority of cases. In some situations — where soldering is required to assess the next state of the device — a diagnostic fee may apply. You will always be informed of any potential charge before work begins.
Yes. We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in Canada. Ship via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS — we'll inspect, quote, and ship back once repaired. See the Shipping section for full instructions.
Yes. These are among the most common faults we repair. No display, artifacting, driver error 43, and short-circuit faults are typically caused by failed VRAM, damaged VRM/MOSFET components, or degraded solder joints. We perform component-level diagnostics and IC reballing or VRAM replacement as needed.
Based on our typical workflow: roughly 40% of the time goes to diagnostics, 20% to the actual repair, and 40% to post-repair testing. In practice, that translates to approximately 3 days for diagnostics, 1–2 days for repair, and 2–3 days for testing — around 6–8 business days total from the time your device arrives.
IC reballing is the process of removing a chip from the PCB, replacing all solder balls on its underside, and re-soldering it back to the board. It's required when solder joints crack or degrade from heat cycles — causing no display, artifacting, or no-POST symptoms.
